Legal Notice – Private Recipe Shop Digital Products

1. Copyright Ownership

All digital recipe products, including but not limited to text, instructions, ingredient lists, cooking methods, photographs, illustrations, layout designs, and any accompanying materials (collectively, the "Content"), are original works meticulously created by our recipe developers, drawing inspiration from both Chinese and Western culinary traditions. All intellectual property rights, including copyright, in and to the Content are exclusively owned by Private Recipe Shop and the respective creator(s).

No transfer of ownership is made through purchase. The Customer acquires only a limited right of use as set forth below.

2. Grant of Personal Use License

Upon purchase and successful download, the Customer is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Permitted uses include:

· Reading, viewing, and following the recipes for personal meal preparation;
· Printing a single copy for personal reference during cooking;
· Storing the file on personal devices for private use.

This license is personal to the purchasing Customer and may not be shared, assigned, or sublicensed to any third party.

3. Prohibited Uses – No Unauthorized Distribution or Commercial Use

The Customer may not, under any circumstances, do any of the following without obtaining prior written authorization from Private Recipe Shop:

· Reproduce, copy, duplicate, or redistribute the Content, in whole or in part, in any form or by any means (electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise);
· Share, transmit, or make the Content available to any third party, whether for free or for consideration, including but not limited to uploading to file-sharing platforms, social media, forums, or public websites;
· Sell, resell, license, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise commercialize the Content or any derivative work based thereon;
· Create derivative works, compilations, or adaptations of the Content for commercial purposes;
· Use the Content for any promotional, advertising, or commercial cooking/catering activities.

For the avoidance of doubt, "commercial use" includes, but is not limited to: operating a restaurant, food stall, catering service, cooking class for profit, or including the recipes in any product offered for sale.

4. Enforcement and Consequences of Unauthorized Use

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Content constitutes copyright infringement under applicable laws. Private Recipe Shop and the creator(s) reserve the full rights to:

· Terminate the Customer's license immediately and without notice;
· Demand the cessation of any unauthorized use;
· Claim damages, including but not limited to lost profits and statutory damages;
· Initiate legal proceedings in the competent courts to enforce its intellectual property rights.

We take copyright protection seriously and will actively monitor for unauthorized distribution.

5. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted to the Customer in this Legal Notice are expressly reserved by Private Recipe Shop and the creator(s). No implied license or waiver of any rights is conferred by the mere purchase or download of any product.

6. Disclaimer

This Legal Notice supplements our Terms and Conditions of Sale and Refund Policy. In the event of any conflict, the provisions of this Legal Notice shall prevail with respect to intellectual property matters.

Any person or entity wishing to use the Content for any purpose beyond personal use, including but not limited to commercial licensing, media reproduction, or collaboration, must contact us in writing to obtain explicit prior authorization.
