Digital Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Delivery

All products offered on this website are digital downloadable files (including but not limited to recipe e-books, PDF guides, and digital cards). No physical goods are shipped. Delivery is effected solely by electronic means.

2. Delivery Method and Timing

Upon successful payment confirmation, a download link will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. The link typically becomes active within minutes of order verification. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 1 business day, and the customer will be notified accordingly.

3. Access Period

Each purchase entitles the customer to a single download session. The download link remains valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. After this period, the link will expire, and re‑access may be subject to a nominal administrative fee at the Company's discretion.

4. Order Verification

All orders are subject to verification for fraud prevention and payment authentication. In the event that verification fails, delivery may be delayed until the issue is resolved. The Company reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot be verified.

5. Technical Issues

If the customer experiences any difficulty in accessing or downloading the file (e.g., broken link, corrupted file, or incompatible format), please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate and, where applicable, provide a replacement link. This constitutes our sole obligation with respect to delivery failures.

6. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the email address provided is accurate and functional. The Company shall not be held liable for non‑delivery resulting from an incorrect, inactive, or spam‑filtered email address. Customers are advised to add our domain to their safe‑sender list.

7. Modification or Cancellation

Once payment is completed and the download link has been generated, the order is considered fulfilled. Cancellation or modification requests may not be accommodated after this point. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.
