Refund Policy for Digital Recipe Products

1. Nature of Products

All items sold on this website are digital downloadable files (PDF recipe e-books, cooking guides, or digital card sets). They are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. No physical goods are shipped.

2. No Refund – Final Sale

Due to the instant-access nature of digital content, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for:

· Change of mind
· Accidental purchase
· Dislike of recipes or ingredients
· Inability to find local ingredients
· Any reason other than a verifiable technical fault on our side

3. Technical Issues – Our Commitment

If you experience a download failure, corrupted file, or cannot access your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will verify the issue and provide a replacement file. This is the only circumstance under which we offer after-sales support.

4. EU/UK Consumer Rights Notice

Under EU and UK distance selling regulations, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right does not apply to digital content once you have downloaded or accessed it. By completing your purchase and clicking the download button, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your cancellation right.

5. Cancellation Before Download

If you have not yet downloaded the file and wish to cancel, you may request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase. We will review such requests case by case, but we reserve the right to apply a small processing fee (up to 5%) to cover payment gateway costs. After 1 hour or once downloaded, cancellation is no longer possible.
